<description>Thanks for help to educate others about panic attacks...

Panic attack symptoms can be quite "quirky" from person to person as Ive been having them for around 30 years.

I've learned that the symptoms can vary greatly. While some people can have the sensation that they will stop breathing if the rest, others may want to rest because they are fixated on the speed at which their heart races.

It all sounds crazy but millions of people suffer from panic attacks every day.

I have found that your above statements to be quite true and helpful in my own situations. I try to immeditattly take my mind of damaging thoughts and try to do reverse physcology and laugh at my panic attack when its happening.
